Olive Oil "Tanche"Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our olive is cold pressed. It is pure fruit juice!
4 kilos ripe olive yield roughly one liter olive oil.
This very sweet oil develops dried fruits and apple aromas.
It is the perfect choice for salads (although it should not be matched with strong vinegars) or in a vegetable soup.
Winter time recommendation: Mashed potatoes, a little olive oil from "La Péquélette", grate a few grams of melanosporum just before serving
Spring / summer recommendation: Steam green asparagus, add olive oil from "La Péquélette" and enjoy with a slice of local bread.
